Two south London primary school pupils have created a beautiful art installation in West Norwood to celebrate diversity.
After learning about the death of George Floyd in the USA, Kingsdale year seven student Candice and year five Julian’s Primary pupil Bree created the piece to show how ‘many colours can create something beautiful.’
Their artwork is made of different strands of wool and represents London’s multiculturalism.
It’s already proving popular with passersby and the local community – racking up more than 150 comments on the West Norwood Local Facebook page already.
