Police will take no further action on nine arrests, following Walworth fight that saw two stabbed

Police are investigating after a man was found stabbed on East Street yesterday afternoon.

A London Metropolitan Police spokesperson has confirmed officers were called to East Street in Walworth at 13.22pm on Thursday, May 3, to reports of a stabbing.

A 21-year-old male was found suffering from a stab wound to the stomach, and taken to a south London hospital by the London Ambulance Service.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting Crime reference number 3473/3May, or speak anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
