The police officer responsible for overseeing the repatriation of fallen British soldiers through Wootton Bassett is holding a special launch of his new book, featuring a chapter on Barry Albin-Dyer.
In ‘46 miles’ – referring to the journey he made with Barry between RAF Lyneham and the M4 – Jarra Brown, MBE, describes the “huge honour, dignity and respect Albin’s showed to each of our fallen who paid the ultimate sacrifice”. Jarra will be at a book signing at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre outside Tesco from 9am next Thursday.
