Thrill-seekers will fly over the Thames on a zip wire to help raise funds for Evelina London Children’s Hospital next month.
The once in a lifetime event will see daredevils travel up to 40mph from the top of St Thomas’ Hospital to the Victoria Tower Gardens next to the Houses of Parliament on December 2.
Flying Superman-style, twenty of the hospital’s most dedicated supporters will pledge £50,000 to take part, to raise a total of £1m and to celebrate the London Fire Brigade’s 150th anniversary.
As part of the event, there is space for one member of the public to also take part. To apply, visit www.supportevelina.org.uk/zip
