Law & Lease: The Rights & Responsibilities of a Homeowner
When: Saturday 2 March between 9am-4.15pm
Where: The William Booth College, Champion Park, SE5 8BQ. Across from Denmark Hill Station
The conference, organised by homeowners, will give leaseholders and freeholders who live in Southwark Council managed properties a chance to find out about their rights and responsibilities, to meet their representatives and peers to exchange experiences and ideas.

Conference’s MC is BBC London Radio presenter, Jumoke Fashola.
It will provide an opportunity to hear from various independent organisations about the services and support that are available to them.
Council officers from the Service Charge Construction Team will be on hand to answer your questions and will provide help understanding how your bills are calculated.
There will be presentations from the council and independent professionals and an opportunity to ask questions about what matters to you.
Registrations to HOC Conference are on a first-come, first-served basis.
