A man from Walworth has been charged after a series of dawn raids in south London and Kent yesterday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Joel Johnson, from Barlow Street, was charged with two counts of possession to supply heroin and crack cocaine after the raids on Tuesday, July 21.
The Met says the warrants were the “culmination of a four-month investigation targeting drug supply and associated violent crime in Lewisham”.
All addresses targeted were residential.
Three other men were also charged with various drug offences: Andre Clarke (aged 29) from Bromley, Damario Nembhard (aged 24) from Bellingham, and John Nicholson (aged 36) from Lewisham.
They all are appearing at Bromley magistrates’ Court today.
A 22-year-old man and a 36-year-old man were both released under investigation.
