A 40-tonne tourist boat was saved by firefighters on Friday, after it started to sink into the Thames by London Bridge.
Emergency services were called to the unoccupied boat as it sank to a depth of two metres at 4am.
The Brigade’s fire boat was called to pump water from the vessel and crews assisted with securing the boat to a mooring barge.
The incident was over by 1:30pm, with crews from Lambeth River and Euston fire station stations attending the scene.
