Southwark children are invited to explore a world of butterflies and bees at East Dulwich’s Centre for Wildlife Gardening this weekend.
Young bug buddies will have the chance to learn about the butterflies and bees that inhabit the garden on Saturday, July 30.
Mums, dads and kids will learn about their lifecycles and how to identify different species. There will also be plenty of games, crafts and activities.
The workshop is only available to those who have not already attended one of the London Wildlife Trust’s free Southwark family learning courses this academic year.
Wildlife Discovery Day is on from 10am until 3pm on Friday, July 28. The Butterflies and Bees Workshop is on from 10am till 3pm on Saturday, July 30. The address is 28 Marsden Road, London, SE15 4EE. People must pay a refundable £3 deposit.
