MILLWALL have extended the contract of goalkeeper Connal Trueman until the summer of 2025.
Trueman, 27, joined the Lions from Birmingham City last summer.
The former AFC Wimbledon, Swindon Town and Oxford United stopper has been third choice behind George Long and Bartosz Bialkowski and has yet to make a senior appearance for the club.
Millwall’s goalkeeping coach Andy Marshall gave his reaction to the deal.
“I am really pleased that Connal will be remaining at the club for the upcoming season,” Marshall said on the club’s official website.
“I’ve really enjoyed working with him since his arrival, he has a terrific work ethic and is a valued member of the squad.”
