MILLWALL are working on a deal for Morecambe attacker Adam Mayor.
The Lions hope to make Mayor, 18, their third signing of the transfer window after he had a medical at the club today.
Head coach Joe Edwards has already added to his attack with Michael Obafemi joining on loan from Burnley this month. Mayor would add another forward option.
The Liverpool-born Morecambe No.11 has scored three goals in 28 appearances in all competitions for the League Two side this season. He can play out wide or through the middle.
Mayor is contracted to Morecambe until the summer of 2025. He would become Millwall’s first permanent deal of the window and there is no loan-back agreement in the move.
