Police investigating reports of “shots” being fired in Rotherhithe on Wednesday are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Officers are currently on scene on St Helena Road after they were alerted to the incident at 12:30pm yesterday.
A police spokesperson said: “The incident occurred at the junction with Luxford Street. No injured parties have been identified and no arrests have been made at this time.”
Detectives from the Met’s Trident and Area Crime Command are investigating the incident and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact police on 02082474863.
