NEIL Harris will meet the Millwall board next week to set out the strategy for preparations for the 2017-18 season.
Harris will waste no time after the League One play-off final in discussing transfer targets ahead of the new campaign.
The Lions meet Bradford at Wembley this Saturday for a place in the Championship. Millwall have two lists of targets depending on which league they are in next season.
The club will also announce their retained list next week, and those who will be released. Alfie Pavey has already found out he will not be getting a new contract for next season. Gregg Wylde left the club in Wednesday.
Fred Onyedinma hasn’t signed a new deal, and whether Millwall get promotion or not could also influence midfielder Shaun Williams’ decision on a new contract.
Jimmy Abdou also has a contract offer, and further discussions will take place with the midfield veteran after the end of the season.
Of the players who made their full first-team debuts this season, midfielders Kris Twardek and Kyron Farrell see their deals run out at the end of June. The pair spent the second half of the season on loan at National League Braintree, who were relegated to the National League South.
