MILLWALL academy starlet Junior Tiensia is reportedly a target for Premier League champions Chelsea.
Liverpool and Manchester City are also thought to be interested in signing the 14-year-old, according to The Daily Mail.
Tiensia is only 14 so under the rules of the Elite Player Performance Plan, the Lions could receive around only £56,000 in compensation for the player.
Fees are dependant on time spent at a club as well as the status of each academy.
Millwall’s academy was awarded category two status in 2013 with re-assessment occurring every two years.
