MILLWALL have agreed a season-long loan deal for Ipswich Town goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski.
Bialkowski, 32, arrives as competition for Frank Fielding and should go into Neil Harris’ squad for the opening game of the season against Preston next Saturday.
Millwall agreed a fee of around £900,000 with Ipswich in June, as well as personal terms with the stopper, but his medical threw up an issue.
The deal wasn’t dead, however, as Millwall worked on completing it in a different way.
Bialkowski is the ninth international in the Lions squad, having made his debut for Poland in 2018.
