MILLWALL have appointed former defensive legend Paul Robinson as under-23s assistant manager.
Robinson, 37, will work with Development Squad boss Kevin Nugent after finishing his playing career with National League Havant & Waterlooville and a spell as a coach with Portsmouth, under his former Lions boss Kenny Jackett.
Former centre-back Robinson is an ex-team-mate of senior manager Neil Harris. Robinson played more than 300 games for the Lions and scored the only goal in the 2010 League One play-off final win over Swindon at Wembley.
Robinson is hugely popular with Millwall fans, and has been a regular at The Den since Harris took over as boss in 2015.
After leaving Millwall that year, Robinson played for Pompey, AFC Wimbledon and Havant. He was in the Dons side that defeated Plymouth 2-0 in the 2016 League Two play-off final.
