Southwark Safer Neighbourhood Board (SNB) is encouraging community groups to apply for funding for projects that can help tackle crime in their area.
The grants, which are funded by London Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), are up for grabs for projects that focus on community engagement, antisocial behaviour and make communities safer from crime.
Interested community projects who want to find out more can attend an SNB surgery at City Hall in The Queen’s Walk, SE1.
Surgeries will be held on April 21 from 11am to 7pm, and May 3 between 6pm and 8pm, but guests should attend with a local SNB member. Anyone wishing to attend should apply to southwarksnb@gmail.com by May 10, and application forms for grants should also be sent to this address.
