HARRY Donovan could be sent out on loan again in January after returning from Dagenham & Redbridge this week.
National League Dagenham thanked Donovan, 20, for his contribution when he stated 10 games and made three substitute appearances in the league.
Donovan (above, training with the first team last season) joined Millwall on loan from Arsenal in 2015 but has yet to make a senior competitive appearance.
He signed a one-year contract last summer.
“Harry’s had exactly what we hoped he would get from a loan move to the [National League],” Lions boss Neil Harris said. “He’s had a run of games, he’s been in the team and out of the team, come off the bench, been left out of the squad.
“Everything we hope for one of our young players to get over an eight-week period, Harry’s had.
“With that in mind we decided to bring him back leading up to Christmas to train with the first team and play some 23s football.
“Then come January 1 we’ll decide whether it’s best for him to stay with us for a period longer or go back out on loan again.”
