NEIL Harris is determined to secure another £180,000 for Millwall as the Lions aim to make Everton their fourth Premier League FA Cup victims in the last two years at The Den on Saturday.
After their third-round win over Hull banked £135,000 prize money, Harris emphasised the importance of that cash to the club.
Millwall will also be boosted by TV revenue from the fixture and gate receipts with The Den set to be close to a sell-out.
Harris will be without the cup-tied Ben Marshall, Ben Thompson and Fred Onyedinma. Everton fielded an under-strength side in their 2-1 win over Lincoln in the last round, but still boasted multi-million pound signings such as Ademola Lookman and Yerry Mina.
“I’ll be picking a team that wants to beat Everton. It’s live on BBC, it’s a lot of prize money for our football club,” Harris said.
“There’s an opportunity to cause an upset but Everton are a very, very good team. They’ve got world-class players and spent a hell of a lot of money in the summer.
“They’ve been unpredictable in the Premier League this year, inconsistency has been their problem.
“But I’ve watched five games of theirs already and when they pass the ball well they are very impressive. It’s going to be an extremely tough game for us.
“We’re going to have to be at our very best with and without the ball to cause them problems.”
