War veterans and eye witnesses from the Second World War and Cold War will be sharing their stories at the Imperial War Museum throughout April.
Visitors will be able to meet the veterans and ask questions about their experiences of the conflicts that shaped Britain’s modern history.
Those speaking include those who served in the Second World War, lived during the Blitz and were evacuated from London.
We Were There: Veterans and Eyewitnesses will be held from 11am to 1pm on April 9, 11, 16, and 19 at Imperial War Museum London, on Lambeth Road, SE1 6HZ.
