MILLWALL return to action this afternoon after a two-week break for the World Cup.
The Lions ended the start of their Championship campaign with a 4-2 win away at Preston North End, a result which lifted them back into the top six heading into the restart next weekend.
Gary Rowett’s resume their Championship campaign a week before the rest of the division, so the first-team players have only been given one week off before hosting former Danish champions Brondby at The Den this afternoon.
Benik Afobe is ruled out with a knee injury, but Millwall have the rest of their squad available as they ramp up preparations for their trip to Sunderland in seven days’ time.
