Police officers and suspects were rushed to hospital after a raid on a Peckham High Street shop which had been filled with a “pungent aroma”.
All were later discharged from hospital after no underlying issues were discovered. Three men have been detained on drug offences.
Officers said they were called to the scene at 7.16am on Thursday, October 20, after somebody in the shop noticed something strange going on in a backroom.

Police officers arrived to a “pungent aroma filling the building” and found a substance “spread across the floor”, according to a Met Police spokesperson.

Specialist officers then swooped on the premises to deal with the suspected hazardous substances, which were seized and taken from the address.
