Detectives have released CCTV images following a reported robbery at Waterloo Underground Station.
Police said shortly after 2.30pm on Monday, January 15, the victim was heading towards the Jubilee Line platforms when they were approached by three men.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “The men asked the victim to see their phone, before threatening the victim with violence and assaulting them.
“As the men went through the victim’s phone to get their pin number, they were approached by a bystander. The men then left the scene with the victim’s phone.”
Officers would like to speak to the men in the images as they believe they may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises them, or has any other information, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 314 of 15/01/24. Alternatively, people can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
