LOYALTY points accumulated last season will be used for Millwall supporters looking to get tickets to high-demand fixtures in the early part of the new campaign.
With Championship football secured at Wembley last month, there is a plethora of mouthwatering away-days for Lions fans to enjoy.
And with demand bound to be higher than the supply, Millwall chief executive Steve Kavanagh has explained that points attained during the 2016-17 promotion winning season will carry over for part of the new season.
“The loyalty points will be in place again next season in the early games.” Kavanagh said.
“We have kept them and they have rolled over from last year – so if they are needed early on, it will be based on last season, to try and give it balance.
“As the season goes on we will start to use this years into the system.
“Hopefully it works as well as this year as it did when it was implemented at the start of last season.”
