£300,000 worth of jewellery stolen from a Lewisham shop in February is still missing, say police.
Officers have now circulated pictures of the missing “Asian gold” in the hope it will help them recover the items and catch the burglars.
Over a quarter-of-a-million pounds worth of jewellery was burgled from the Lee High Road shop earlier this year.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Leisa Johnson from the Met’s Flying Squad said: “A distinctive quantity of distinctive items of jewellery was taken during this offence and those pieces will have been offered to someone.
“Do you recognise any of the items?
Have you been offered Asian gold for sale in other than normal circumstances?
“If you have any information, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, please contact police immediately.”
Anyone with information should call 101, or – to remain anonymous – call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
