A man has been charged with attempted murder after two people were found stabbed in Woolwich.
Anton Rhoden, aged 27 and from Samuel Close in Woolwich, was charged on Sunday, August 1 with two counts of attempted murder.
He appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 2).
He is accused of stabbing a man at a residential property in Woolwich’s Samuel Close on the morning of Saturday, July 31, and knifing a woman in nearby Plumstead Road.
The male victim remains in hospital in a stable condition. The woman is said to have injuries that are ‘not life-threatening’.
On the morning of Saturday, 31 July police were called after a man was found with stab injuries at a residential property in Samuel Close, Woolwich. Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service. A man was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
