The number of teenagers arrested in connection with the murder of Clinton Evbota on Camberwell’s Brandon Estate has now reached seven after another boy was taken into custody on Sunday.
The seventeen-year-old from Streatham remains at a south London police station on suspicion of murder.
The six others, all male, who were arrested on Friday, October 18, have all been bailed pending further enquiries.
Two are from Camberwell (both fifteen) one is from Southwark (aged fourteen) two are from Stockwell (aged eighteen and seventeen) and one is from Coulsdon (seventeen).
Clinton Evbota was found stabbed on Grimsel Path in Brandon Estate on Thursday, October 10, at 8.21pm.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
