MILLWALL youngster Fred Onyedinma is getting “invaluable experience” playing for Wycombe Wanderers in League Two, boss Ian Holloway believes.
Onyedinma has scored three goals in his last three games for the Chairboys to help them cement top-spot in the fourth tier.
It was agreed that the 18-year-old would remain at Adams Park until the end of the season when the Lions signed Paris Cowan-Hall from Wycombe earlier this month.
“I can’t wait to get Fred back but the truth is he’s got to learn and that’s what he’s doing,” said Holloway.
“When he played for us at Wigan he froze a little bit – it looked a bit too much for him. This loan is helping him mature.
“Now what he’s doing is getting the chance to learn and realise that he can play and do exciting things. That experience is invaluable.”
