THERE are at least six tough selection decisions for Neil Harris to consider before he names his team to face Championship leaders Leeds United at The Den on Saturday afternoon.
If Ben Amos keeps his place in goal, the question then is whether Jordan Archer – after not being on the bench against Swansea despite being fit – returns to the match-day squad.
In defence, Conor McLaughlin and Byron Webster are competing with Mahlon Romeo and Murray Wallace for the right-back and right-sided centre-back positions, respectively.
Harris said this week that new signings are not guaranteed to come into the side immediately.
Tom Bradshaw has yet to start following his move from Barnsley in August, while record signing Ryan Leonard and Ryan Tunnicliffe are the choices to pair with Shaun Williams in midfield.
Williams and Aiden O’Brien were only taking part in their first full training session today after their return from international duty.
O’Brien was buoyant after scoring on his Republic of Ireland debut against Poland on Tuesday night, but Jiri Skalak has offered a real threat from out wide when he has come on in games. Czech Republic international Skalak, signed from Brighton in the summer, hasn’t started a league game fort the Lions.
Meanwhile, Leeds were hit with a quadruple injury blow this week.
Marcelo Bielsa will be without strikers Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford, as well as attacking midfielder Pablo Hernandez and centre-back Gaetano Berardi.
Nineteen-year-old centre-forward Tyler Roberts is set to lead the line at The Den.
Possible Millwall starting XI:
4-4-2: Amos; McLaughlin, M Wallace, Cooper, Meredith; J Wallace, Tunnicliffe, Williams, O’Brien; Gregory, Morison.

Millwall 17/10 Draw 11/5 Leeds 7/5
