MILLWALL go into their first game in 1,665 days without Neil Harris in charge.
Harris quit on Thursday after the Lions’ 1-1 draw against Luton Town at Kenilworth road after four-and-a-half years in charge.
It’s the responsibility of Adam Barrett, a coach in Harris’ backroom team, to pick the Millwall team to face Leeds United at a sold-out Den on Saturday.
Former Southend captain Barrett will have Shane Ferguson back from suspension as he plans for the clash with Marcelo Bielsa’s title favourites.
Jiri Skalak and Frank Fielding are out, but Jason McCarthy is available after his toe injury.
Leeds arrive in south Bermondsey having lost away for the first time this season, 1-0 at Charlton last weekend.
Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa felt his was the dominant team.
“The difference between the two sides was big. We didn’t impose our superiority and that was the reason for what happened,” Bielsa said.
“They had one shot and scored one goal. We had possession and controlled the game.
“Our players were better than their players. We didn’t underestimate our opponents but we had more resources on the pitch.”
Possible Millwall team: 4-4-2: Bialkowski; Romeo, Pearce, Cooper, M Wallace; J Wallace, Leonard, Molumby, Mahoney; Bradshaw, Smith.
