NOTTINGHAM Forest have parted company with manager Stuart Pearce following Millwall’s 1-0 victory at the City Ground on Saturday.
Pearce was summoned for crisis talks by Kuwaiti owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi this morning after Ricardo Fuller’s late goal handed the Lions all three points.
The Reds were the early pace-setters in the Championship but have won just three of their last 21 league games, a run which has now cost Pearce his job.
The likes of Owen Coyle, Sven Goran Eriksson, John Barnes, George Burley and Steve Coppell have all been sacked by their clubs after losing to Millwall in recent years.
