A woman and a man were both treated by paramedics at the scene after a bus collided with a car in Rotherhithe New Road this afternoon.
The collision happened at around 3.30pm as the 381 bus went into the back of a car driven by a Rotherhithe Primary School mum. She was treated for multiple injuries at the scene and taken to St Thomas Hospital for further treatment.
A bus passenger who was injured when the 381 came to a stop was also treated by paramedics at the scene for head injuries. A police spokesperson said he was not seriously hurt.
The part of the road next to Rotherhithe Primary School was closed off by the emergency services.
