The Orange Bull Sports Bar in Rotherhithe is currently “under offer” for £1.35m, with planning permission to be demolished and turned into six apartments.
Wellington Pub Company won the planning permission on appeal earlier this year and put it on the market with Caldecotte Group over the summer.
The News understands an offer has been made for the site. As it has planning permission already granted, it is likely a developer will proceed with the demolition.
Wellington Pub Company originally applied for planning permission in September 2014 but had it rejected in January last year.
An appeal was made in July 2015 which was allowed in March 2016.
