A strong Millwall U21 side including eight players who have featured in first-team matchday squad this season thumped Crystal Palace 5-1 at The Den this afternoon.
Ed Upson, who was given another opportunity to build up his match sharpness following his return from injury against Plymouth, was among the goalscorers.
Winger Lee Martin scored a double and Ben Thompson and Jack Powell were also on target.
Upson played the first half before making way for young defender Chris Parr.
It was a seventh win in 12 Professional Development League 2 games for the Lions this season.
Millwall starting XI: Sandford; Romeo, Mbulu, Wood, Farrell; Cowan-Hall, Powell, Thompson, Martin; Upson; Pavey.
Subs: Barton, Parr, Mulrooney-Skinner, Eze.
