MILLWALL are set to sign Benik Afobe from Stoke City on a one-year deal.
Afobe, 29, scored 13 goals in 41 games in all competitions on loan at the Lions last season from the Potters.
Afobe was poised to join Belgian side Club Brugge last week but that move broke down. Watford were also interested in the former Wolves and AFC Bournemouth striker.
Afobe had one year left on his Stoke contract and he told NewsAtDen last season he was interested in a return to SE16 for this campaign.
Millwall are also set to announce the permanent transfer of midfielder George Honeyman from Hull City.
It has been a busy few days for the south Londoners, after Zian Flemming joined for a club-record fee from Dutch top-flight side Fortuna Sittard at the weekend.
Millwall were finalising the deal for Afobe on Monday and he is set to fly out tonight to join his team-mates at their training camp in Ireland.
