TOM King is moving to Newport County after his release by Millwall.
King, 24, will join last season’s beaten League Two play-off finalists on July 1 after four seasons with the Lions.
Former Crystal Palace keeper King played 19 times for Millwall, and had loan spells at Welling, Braintree, Stevenage and AFC Wimbledon.
Exiles boss Michael Flynn told his club’s website: “I am thrilled to welcome Tom to the club. He has a good amount of experience at this level and is at an age where he will continue to improve.
“It should provide us with a healthy amount of competition between the sticks for the upcoming season. Tom reminds me of Joe Day when he first came to the club, he is a very talented goalkeeper and I look forward to working with him. I know he is looking forward to settling in and getting amongst the lads for pre-season.”
Meanwhile Millwall, who are in the market for at least two goalkeepers, are being linked with Ipswich’s Bartosz Bialkowski.
Bialkowski, 31, has two years left on his current contract, but after Ipswich’s relegation wants to play Championship football. He is thought to be open to a switch to the Lions.
