NEIL Harris will make wholesale changes to the side that lost 1-0 at Barnet at the weekend for Tuesday evening’s friendly at Stevenage.
Summer signings Tom Elliott, George Saville and Jed Wallace should all come into the starting XI at the Lamex Stadium.
The fixture is the Lions’ last pre-season friendly on the road before they face Granada at The Den on Saturday ahead of the start of the Championship on Friday week.
Those not involved against League Two Stevenage will train at Calmont Road on Tuesday morning.
“Players that didn’t appear at Barnet will be coming to Stevenage,” Harris said. “We might make it a slightly more senior squad for this game, we might take a couple of senior lads for the bench for them to come on and get more minutes.
“Within the squad we are a centre-half light at the moment. Young Noah Chesmain has unfortunately also picked up a knock, we would have liked to give him more minutes. He’s come back really well in pre-season, so that’s a shame.
“But there will be more minutes for the senior players, the ones that trained on Saturday will start the game.
“Some will stay here and have a really tough training session in Tuesday.”
Joe Martin could play against his former side after he joined Stevenage this summer following a two-year spell with Millwall.
Possible Millwall starting XI: 4-4-2: King; Romeo, Nelson, Hutchinson, Craig; Wallace, Thompson, Saville, O’Brien; Onyedinma, Elliott.
