The full lineup has been announced for the popular three-day music festival ahead of its return to Peckham Rye Park at the end of the month.
GALA Festival – taking place across the May bank holiday weekend – has announced its varied lineup, spanning genres such as house, disco, jazz and techno.
Tickets are on final release for the upcoming dance festival that will return to Peckham Rye Park from Friday, May 26 to Sunday, May 28. The event will raise money for Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers.
Headlining the weekend are soulful vocalist Jordan Rakei, electronic duo Overmono and deep house master, Kerri Chandler.
The lineup also features SHERELLE, Anz, Analog Soul, Donato Dozzy, Hunee, Jelani Blackman, OK Williams, Josh Caffé, Yung Singh, Yu Su, Nubya Garcia, Ahadadream, Leon Vynehall, Saoirse, Congo Natty, Paquita Gordon, Call Super, dreamcastmoe, Kamma & Masalo, NiNE8 Collective, Cousin Kula, The Orb, Kornél Kovács and more.
There’ll be back-to-back DJ sets from Jamz Supernova & Tash LC, Amaliah & Richard Akingbehin, Byron Yeates & THC, Danilo Plessow & Jeremy Underground, Mr Scruff & Charlie Dark and Prosumer & Gideon.
GALA has also named a number of partners for this year’s festival, who will host their own stages – one being Corsica Studios for whom they will pay special tribute for their 20th anniversary.
Other partners include Big Dyke Energy, Rhythm Section, Giant Steps, Horse Meat Disco, Rush Hour, Refuge Worldwide, Born N Bread and The Pickle Factory.
Organisers will also conduct a sustainability report including the environmental and social performance of the 2023 event and priorities moving forward.
