Police have made an arrest after receiving reports that a man was “deliberately struck” by a car in Old Kent Road, SE1.
Police attended the scene of the collision, near the junction by Tesco, with the London Ambulance Service at 3.48pm on Friday, June 10.
The victim was rushed to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The car involved in the collision left the scene but was later stopped in Vauxhall, and a man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
He remains in custody at a south London police station.
