MILLWALL are without a win in five games after falling to defeat away at play-off chasing Hull City.
The Lions ended the game the stronger side but spent most of the match trying to recover from Jaden Philogene’s fifth-minute opener after debutant Anass Zaroury crashed an effort off the crossbar.
From there the Lions needed some time to find their feet on a very untidy and patchy pitch at the MKM Stadium.
Millwall’s best chances would come in the second half when Zian Flemming almost chipped the Hull keeper while Tom Bradshaw was denied by Ryan Allsop seconds before the final whistle.
