MILLWALL defender Mahlon Romeo has been called up to the Antigua and Barbuda squad for their upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches against St Lucia.
Romeo signed for the Lions from Gillingham last month after spells at Arsenal and Wycombe.
Antigua and Barbuda are ranked 104th in the world and compete in the North, Central American and Caribbean section of qualifying.
If they come through the two legs, which take place on June 10 and 14, they will advance to the third round before a potential group stage featuring the likes of the United States and Mexico.
The 19-year-old right-back signed a one-year deal with Millwall in May and is expected to start his career with the club in the development squad.
