JORDAN Archer has failed to make the cut for Steve Clarke’s first Scotland squad.
Clarke, who took over this month from the sacked Alex McLeish, named four goalkeepers in his 27-man group, but Archer has paid the price after being dropped by Millwall last season.
There is a first call-up for Liam Kelly of Livingston, who joins fellow stoppers Scott Bain (Celtic), David Marshall (Hull City) and Jon McLaughlin (Sunderland) for June Euro 2020 qualifiers against Cyprus and Belgium.
Archer, 26, made his only senior Scotland appearance in a 2-0 friendly defeat to Peru on May 29, 2018.
He is currently seeking a new club ahead of his release by the Lions this summer.
