WEST Bromwich Albion are reportedly interested in bringing Millwall boss Gary Rowett to The Hawthorns as their replacement for Steve Bruce.
Bruce was relieved of his duties on Monday morning after a poor start to the season, with the Baggies sitting 22nd in the Championship table with just one win all season.
Rowett, who is currently the second longest-serving manager in the division, is listed on Sky Bet as the 5/4 favourite to take over, with Carlos Corberan [3/1] and Sean Dyche [4/1] following behind him.
However, Millwall are yet to receive an official approach for their manager, with the Lions continuing their preparations for Saturday’s match against Bristol City as planned.
