A sixteen-year-old boy has denied murdering 22-year-old Kacey Clarke in Bermondsey on Christmas Eve.
The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, March 19, charged with murder.
He spoke to confirm his identity and plead not guilty.
A pre-trial review is set to take place on June 18 with the trial beginning on July 15.
Police were called to an address in Bermondsey at around 10pm on December 24, 2023.
They had received reports that a woman had suffered a stab injury.
Paramedics arrived in less than five minutes and provided first aid but Kacey died at the scene.
Her family have been supported by specially trained officers and asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.
