TYLER Burey has left Millwall and joined Danish side Odense Boldklub on an undisclosed deal, it has been announced.
The 22-year-old had been set to depart The Den all summer and had been repeatedly linked with moves to EFL clubs.
But he is heading abroad for the first time in his career as he joins a side that finished 9th in the Danish top division last season.
Burey made 58 appearances for the club since joining from AFC Wimbledon in 2019, scoring three times.
He also made 24 Championship appearances last season, often being used as an impact sub by manager Gary Rowett.
The Millwall boss said last month that he was reluctant to play Burey during pre-season as the winger was set to move away.
Burey had been heavily linked with a move to League One Oxford United but a deal never materialised.
